Right to Return

Return Period: The product can be returned within 30 days from the date of delivery. Return Condition: Returns are only accepted if the received product is defective or damaged. We thoroughly inspect each item before shipping, but if an error has escaped our attention, we are ready to rectify the situation. Non-returnable Items

We do not accept returns in the following situations:

Design Dislike: Since the design is created or chosen by you, we cannot accept a return if you dislike the design after delivery. Used Products: Products with signs of wear or that have been used are not accepted for return. Return Process

Initiating a Return: To initiate a return, please contact us at or call +372 61 88 173. Please provide a brief description of the issue and include photos of the defect or damage if possible. The claim form can be found here, and it must be sent to within 30 days of receiving the goods. The buyer must return the goods within 14 days of submitting the claim or provide proof that they have handed over the goods to the carrier within the aforementioned period. Shipping: Returns must be sent in a secure envelope. We cover all shipping costs for returning defective or damaged products. Refund/Replacement: Once we have received the returned item and confirmed the defect or damage, we will process the refund or offer a replacement, depending on your preference, within two weeks of receiving the return claim.
