Terms of Sale

The online store case4you.ee and case4you.eu is owned by OÜ ARTKAT (registration code 16868597), located at A. H. Tammsaare tee 101, Harju County, Tallinn, 12913, Estonia and Varuskunta Rak 5 D-22, Tuusula, 04300, Finland.

Validity of Sales Contract, Product and Price Information The terms of sale apply when purchasing goods from the online store. The prices of products sold in the online store are indicated next to the products. The price does not include a delivery fee.. All prices in the online store are in euros. Information about the goods is provided directly next to the goods in the online store.

Placing an Order To order goods, you must add the desired products to the shopping cart. To place an order, you need to fill in the required data fields. The total cost will then be displayed on the screen, which can be paid securely through the following payment methods:

  • Estonian bank payments: Swedbank, SEB, Luminor, LHV, Coop Bank, Citadele, Pocopay
  • Visa/Mastercard payments (including Apple Pay)
  • PayPal

Note: When paying via a bank link, be sure to click the "Back to merchant" button on the bank's page.

Estonian bank payments are intermediated by Maksekeskus AS. Payments are made outside the online store in a secure environment - via a bank link in the secure environment of the respective bank, and by credit card in the secure environment of Maksekeskus AS. The seller does not have access to the client's bank and credit card details. The contract becomes effective from the moment the sum due is transferred to the online store's bank account.

Visa/Mastercard payments are intermediated by Stripe Inc.

The owner of the online store is the controller of personal data and transmits the personal data necessary for making payments to the authorized processor, Maksekeskus AS.

Goods are shipped via regular mail, arriving directly in your mailbox.

The shipping costs are borne by ARTKAT OÜ (Case4you), and this price information is displayed next to the shipping method.

Right of Withdrawal After receiving the order, the buyer has the right to withdraw from the contract concluded in the online store within 30 days. The right of withdrawal does not apply if the buyer is a legal entity.

Right of Return

Return Period: The product can be returned within 30 days from the date of delivery. Return Condition: Returns are only accepted if the received product is defective or damaged. We thoroughly inspect each item before shipping, but if an error has escaped our attention, we are prepared to rectify the situation. Non-returnable Items

We do not accept returns in the following situations:

  • Design Dislike: Since the design is created or chosen by you, we cannot accept a return if you dislike the design after delivery.
  • Used Products: Products showing signs of wear or that have been used are not accepted for return. Return Process

Initiating a Return: To initiate a return, please contact us at return@case4you.ee or call +372 61 88 173. Please provide a brief description of the issue and, if possible, include photos of the defect or damage. The claim form can be found here, and it must be sent to return@case4you.eu within 30 days of receiving the goods. The buyer must return the goods within 14 days of submitting the claim or provide proof that they have handed over the goods to the carrier during the aforementioned period.

Shipping: Returns must be sent in a secure envelope. We cover all shipping costs for returning defective or damaged products.

Refund/Replacement: Once we have received the returned item and confirmed the defect or damage, we will process the refund or offer a replacement, depending on your preference, within two weeks of receiving the return claim.

Right to Submit a Claim The online store is responsible for non-compliance or defects in the goods sold to the buyer that appear within two years from the delivery of the goods to the buyer. It is assumed within the first year that the defect was present at the time of delivery. The buyer has the right to address the online store within two months of the defect becoming apparent, by sending an email to info@case4you.eu.

Direct Marketing and Processing of Personal Data The online store uses the personal data entered by the buyer solely for processing the order and sending the goods to the buyer. The online store transmits personal data to companies providing transport services in order to deliver the goods. The online store sends newsletters and offers to the buyer's email address only if the buyer has expressed a desire to receive direct mail notifications by entering an email address on the website and indicating their desire to receive direct mail. The buyer can opt out of receiving offers and newsletters by email at any time by notifying us via email or by following the instructions contained in the email containing the offers.

Dispute Resolution If the buyer has complaints regarding the online store, they should be sent by email to info@case4you.eu. If the buyer and the online store cannot resolve the dispute by agreement, then the buyer may approach the Consumer Disputes Committee. You can familiarize yourself with the procedural conditions and submit a complaint here. The Consumer Disputes Committee is competent to resolve disputes arising from a contract concluded between the buyer and the online store. The examination of the buyer's complaint by the commission is free of charge. The buyer may also approach the European Union's consumer dispute resolution platform.
